The person lays down on the back, top of the body has to be nude

(Ladies you can keep your bra on).

You will be covered with a towel and/or a blanket. (depending on the season)

Ladies, it is better not to have makeup ; avoid going to hairdresser before ! Some massage oil will be applied that could grease your hair.

 

NB - If you have fever and/or have a toothache, it should be wise to postpone the session. In any case, you'll be asked if you do not suffer from any health concern.
